Safety and Occupational Health, Explosives Safety and Emergency Management Post Certificate Approval Survey - January 2024

The U.S. Army Combat Readiness Center (USACRC) requests your assessment of the certificate program for which you were recently awarded one of our certificates.  This assessment provides you with an opportunity to provide us with feedback on the certificate program itself, as well as any associated training that was required to obtain the certificate.  Your responses will remain anonymous and are strictly to be used to determine the effectiveness of our program and the training.  Please assist us to make improvements as needed by taking this short survey.
