The purpose of this Job Analysis Survey is to collect current task information from the field  pertaining to the 15B Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) prior to the development of training materials. Your responses will have a direct impact on the new Soldiers you receive in your unit.  The Directorate of Training and Doctrine appreciates the time you spend answering the survey questions and the honest responses provided for each question.  As a 15B subject-matter-expert (SME) your feedback will be utilized to determine if training should be retained, revised, removed, or proposed for the 15B MOS. The outcome is to produce trained 15B’s capable of accomplishing their mission in the field.
