151A - Warrant Officer Basic Course (WOBC) Survey

The purpose of this Job Analysis Survey is to collect current task information from the field pertaining to the 151A Warrant Officer Basic Course (WOBC) prior to the development of training materials. Your responses will have a direct impact on the future training requirements of WOBC. The Directorate of Training and Doctrine appreciates the time you spend answering the survey questions and the honest responses provided for each question.  As a 151A subject-matter-expert (SME) your feedback will be utilized to determine if training should be retained, revised, removed, or proposed for the 151A WOBC. The outcome is to produce trained 151A's capable of accomplishing their mission in the field.
