The purpose of this Job Analysis Survey is to collect current task information from the field pertaining to the 15N Avionic Mechanic Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) prior to the development of training materials. Your responses will have a direct impact on the new Soldiers you receive in your unit. The Directorate of Training and Doctrine appreciates the time you spend answering the survey questions and the honest responses provided for each question.  As a 15N Avionic Mechanic subject-matter-expert (SME) your feedback will be utilized to determine if training should be retained, revised, removed, or proposed for the 15N Avionic Mechanic MOS. The outcome is to produce trained 15N Avionic Mechanics capable of accomplishing their mission in the field.
