15F CTSSB Job Analysis Survey

The purpose of this Job Analysis Survey is to collect current task information from the field pertaining to the 15F - Aircraft Electrician Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) prior to the development of training materials. Your responses will have a direct impact on the future training requirements of the 15F - Aircraft Electrician Course. The Directorate of Training and Doctrine (DOTD) appreciates the time you spend answering the survey questions and the honest responses provided for each question. As a 15F - Aircraft Electrician subject-matter-expert (SME), your feedback will be utilized to determine if training should be retained, revised, removed, or proposed for the 15F - Aircraft Electrician MOS. The outcome is to produce trained 15F - Aircraft Electrician capable of accomplishing their mission in the field.
